The service accesses the parking discount homepage and registers a pre-discounted vehicle, and allows exit automatically.

The service searches parking discount homepages (internal network or private fixed IP) and applies the discount period to receive ID/PW for stores and workplaces that need parking discounts, and allows exit automatically after registering the number as a pre-discount vehicle.
