Prevention regular inspection classification
Classifies as regular prevention inspection and yearly disassembly inspection. Prevention regular inspection is executed with regular cycle.
- Monthly inspection (once/month)
- The above prevention inspection is proceeded either weekly or monthly by choice

Contents and effects of regular inspection

Replace worn parts in advance.
Prevent aged parts from adversely affecting other normal parts.

Disassemble and clean units.
Disassemble and clean dirty units that are not in customers’ daily inspection.

Refuel regularly.
If there is no oil in driving parts, this links to wear on the parts and abnormal noises when operating.

Perform measurement of electric signals.
Execute various inspections on the outside and inside for each equipment’s voltage and communication status to check and adjust the operation of the entire system.

- This is a graph that compares whether there was maintenance performed on general industrial equipment.
- The life span of the equipment system can be extended by performing regular maintenance inspection.
